A: The number one priority at Pharma PR & Communications Summit is the health & safety of all participants. Our team has been working in partnership with the Hyatt Regency on how to provide a safe and secure environment.
Pharma PR & Communications Summit will be a safe and controlled environment where exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and speakers can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships. Q: Do I have to be vaccinated in order to attend?
A: Yes, all attendees, sponsors, speakers, and Questex staff must be fully vaccinated at least 15 days prior to attending the event. Only USA-approved vaccinations will be accepted.
Q: What are the approved Covid-19 vaccines?
A: BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose).
Q: How do I show proof of vaccination?
A: After you register, you will be contacted by Health Shield via a text on your cell phone. You will need to upload official proof of vaccination via the Health Shield text messaging application.
Q: What if I am not vaccinated 15 days prior to the even ?
A: We ask delegates to adhere to all health and safety signage at the event, including keeping 3 ft distance in appropriate areas.
Q: What are your mask requirements on-site at the Hyatt?

Q: Will masks be provided?
A: Participants are encouraged to bring their own masks, however there will be onsite provision to replace lost masks. Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the venues.
